Question:
I can't get my scale to budge.

My surgeon requires a pre-op regimine and I have followed it but my scale will not go down. I have to lose 12 lbs before surgery and am on the liquid diet but the weight won't come off. Has anyone had the same problem?    — theresam74 (posted on November 2, 2010)

I read your profile and since you are ubable to walk maybe that is hindering you from losing, also how long have you been on the liquid diet?

I am starting my third day. Hey, I can wear clothes I haven't been able to wear for a year. It will happen, I will just be totally faithful to the plan and I will succeed. If I tell myself that often enough it will become reality!
