Do you know why the denied you?

I was denied because this doctor only submitted my statistics for that 1
day. I did not choose him so he did not have my supervised diet info,
co-morbid info, med info..he had nothing. Aetna said there was no
supporting documentation, but Aetna still considered it a denial. He did
this w/o my consent or authorization.

If you did not sign papers authorizing this doctor to get or submit
information about you from your insurance company, then I would demand that
Aetna show you what paperwork they received with your signature authorizing
him to act on your behalf. Seems like this would be a HEPA patient privacy
rights infringement. Good luck!
