I have found livestrong.com is very helpful. just go there and sign up.
then there is a tab that says Daily Plate. It will allow you to put in the
foods that you are eating and it will show you the carbs, proteins,
calories, everything that you need

Hi.
I enjoy this free site: www.nutrimirror.com. You can log your food, water,
exercise, weight, measurements, and more. Also, it will prepare reports for
you, for additional feedback. Hope this helps.
Blessings,
Mary

www.sparkpeople.com has a lot of tracking tools to use. a journel, a food
tracker that adds the calories and such things as that. I find it useful.
Good luck
