Whey isolate protien is your best protein for post ops. I've tried many in
the past 31 months. Many will clump. Even when stated as unflavored, there
will be some minor taste. I found a new affordble "unflavored
one" last week. It mixes easily, and has a very mild taste of
evaporated milk--but since it's made from milk, that's hard to avoid. Refer
to my blogs or profile story for more. DAVE

I also use the 100% natural whey protien powder, it is labeled natural
flavor. I use it in my regular family meal preparations as well as my own.
They don't even know it is there.

When I want to add protein to something -- whether it be cottage cheese,
yogurt, or something I'm making for my family, I use On (this is the
company name) 100% Any Whey Protein which is virtually tasteless. It is a
quick and easy way to add protein to your favorite foods and beverages and
mixes effortlessly to enhance the protein content. 17 grams of protein no
sugars, and only 30 mg. of sodium. The baking tips on the 1.35 lbs
canister are very helpful. Search OptimumNutrition.com or call them at
630-236-0097 to find local store that carry Any Whey. I have not found any
decent-tasting non-whey-non-soy-type protein. By the way, there is great
consensus that female bodies can only absorb 25 to no more than 30 grams of
protein at any one time. Taking any more is wasted and may stall any
weight loss. It is my experience that it is better to err on the side of
having more meals but keeping the protein for women to be no more than 25
grams. Best Wishes for a wonderful Christmas and a most satisfying and
happy New Year! Christine Gibson, MS, MA, OH Coach and WLS Support Group

Dave Chambers points to links in his profile about an Unflavored protein
powder that he sells.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dave
You have made a rather large math error.
You say you are selling one pound packages for $25.
On the link on your OH posts, you say you provide 77 servings, 25 grams
each. That would be 1925 grams.
But a pound is only 454 grams. So one pound @ 25 grams per serving is only
18 servings, not 77.
That is about one-fouth of 77 servings.
Also you show a label that says 113 servings at 20 grams. That would be
2260 grams.
But again, a pound is 454 grams. So one pound @ 20 grams per serving is
only about 23 servings, not 113.
So to summarize, 454 grams is not the same as 1925 grams is not the same as
2260 grams.
So you don't provide 3 servings for $1. You provide 1 serving for $1.38.
If you are going to do comparisons to UNJURY(R), please avoid such
arithmetic inconsistencies.
