I have the same question. I don't like the chewable ones and the others I
have bought have been horse pill. I have a hard time swallowing them even
when cut in half. I hope someone comes up with an answer.

I hated swallowing mulitple pills, small and large, for my daily
supplements. I've been using some liquid vitamins for 11 months now. My lab
results are posted on my profile page, to show how well they work. Brands
are mentioned there too. I currently take a large calcium tablet 6 times
daily, and I hate that. Next time I get calcium citrate, I'll make sure I
can see the tablet size before I buy them. DAVE

Bariatric Advantage at 1-800-898-6888 has small vitamin pills. You have to
take 6 a day total but they are easy to swallow. They are the best I have
found so far. It is around $20 for a months supply but they ship free if
you get set up on autodelivery. Hope this helps. Check them out at
Bariatric Advantage.com. Phyllis

I switched to a liquid vitamin that has 175 vitamins, minerals, herbs and
antioxidants. One ounce a day is all you need and it doesn't contain sugar,
calories, carbs or caffeine. Because it is liquid it has up to a 98%
absorption in the first 3 minutes. Passion4Life Liquid Vitamins is the
name. If you have any questions about them feel free to email me:
[email protected] or you can go to passion4lifevitamins.com/charlenelewis

CENTRUM makes a chewable multi-vitamin (for adults) and you only need to
take 1 a day. I found it right on the shelf at Walgreens, or you can order
it online at walgreens.com.

No such thing as a small multivitamin! LOL If it's a good vitamin and has
all the right stuff, it's got to have bulk...But hard tablets are
"hard" to dissolve in the RNY pouch (no stomach acid) Plus the
vits sit in the pouch and some of the vitamins are very harsh and acidy
....like vit c and iron...You absorb chewables and liquids much
easier...but I'm so with you on the flavor...YUCK! The reason I stopped
taking my adult chewable daily...I could not stomach the flavor...So I cut
back to about once a week...Yep...that landed me flat on my arse with
vitamin deficiencies at 4 years out...Now...I am more than happy to chomp
down my Centrum chewable...TraderJoe's also has a chewable with an awesome
taste...but it doesn't have Vit K...so I only take that one when I just
cannot bare the thought of that vitamin flavor...I suggest that you find a
capsule that has powder vits inside for easier absorption...I'm currently
looking for one myself....I take a ton of vits due to that little(HUGE)
mistake I made 6 months ago...so I have had to learn to swallow big
capsules and chew yucky vitamins...After you realise you almost killed
yourself over something sooooo easy to avoid...you just do what you gotta
do...Good luck...

I found a great multi-vitamin with iron and the pills are extremely small.
It is actually the Walgreens brand vitamin. The bottle is brown with a
ailver and red label with $3.99 at the top. My MD has actually started to
recommend these after I brought these to his attention.
Good luck, Jackie

I had RNY in March and I take P4L liquid -- tried several before finding
passion4life liquid - one ounce per day and it's all inclusive. My hair
stopped falling out and I feel so good on it, plus it tastes good!
