How much is the Biotin vit?And the liquid Version?

Hi! My name is Tracie and am in Grove City, OH. I just grabbed my Biotin 2500 bottle purchased at GNC. I paid $24.99 for 120 capsules. I take it once a day. I also use their Whey 100% protein. It's usually on sale for $34.99. I get the 5 gal jug. It'll last me a couple of weeks.

I get my biotin 5000 mcg , 120 capsules for $6.95 at Walmart. I have no exp w/Profect sorry. Good luck, and God bless!

Hi my surgeon recommends and stands behind a liquid protein called ProStat 64 it is only available online and cost $30 per bottle. It comes in three different flavors and he requires that we take I believe 2 tbsp. every two hours. They say that it gives you 60 grams of protein.

I have used the profect and it is okay by itself but a lot better if you mix it with something. I currently use the IDS which is 42g protein in 3oz instead of the 25g that profect offers.
