Hey Robert, congratulations on such a great amount of weight loss! You don't have anything on your profile, so I don't know where you started or how you got to where you are, but here is my nickels worth of advice. Skin is skin Robert, and you cannot exercise it back into shape. I know that is not what you want to hear, but it is very true. I don't know your insurance carrier, but you may be eligible for surgery depending on how bad it is. You can work out with weights and help build your muscle in that area, but it won't prevent sagging in the breast area. You have done really well losing 220 pounds in 18 months. Keep up the good work and take care. Patricia P.

FANTASTIC and LUCKY YOU!!!! Anything for the pecks should do it! Even if you just try to move your pecks on their own ... one side then the other and then both at once will eventually work the muscles and tighten them up...also, arms straight out palms up do circles, small ones clockwise then counter clockwise and that will work the arms and chest as well.

Are you using the word flab to describe hanging skin or are you using it to describe areas that have fat but are difficult to lose? Sometimes additional weight lose might help get rid of residual fat but nothing will get rid of the hanging skin. There is a condition called gynecomastia where men develop breasts... actual glandular tissue, same as women...but I am guessing you are dealing with chest ptosis (hanging chest). Once skin is stretched, it is stretched... unfortunately not a whole lot you can do. You might be able to build up muscle underneath and improve the appearance but there's no cream or magical exercise that will restore the skin. You can have the skin surgically removed, you can wear a compression vest or other binding type thing, or you can just get used to it. Best wishes.
