Question:
Weight fluctuation
Weight keeps changing. Like one week I will lose 3-4lbs then the following week i will gain 1 or 2lbs back. My nutritionist says i need 1200cal, so I'm doing that, drinking 64oz+ water, and 65grams+ of protein and exercising. So whats going on? — glennk (posted on April 1, 2007)

Try increasing your protein and decreasing your carbs. And, switch up your
exercise if you are not doing that already - meaning mix them - weight
(light) training, aerobics, walking, etc. Or, it could just be the way
your body is going to lose its weight. Have you had your surgery yet?
Good luck...

I did the same thing after surgery.....once my bod replenished it's
resources after I starting eating real food again, I started loosing. In
addition, I realized I was eating more carbs than I should have, I cut back
and started loosing again then, too. More protein helps. Varying your
exercise, also increasing...sometimes you hit a plaetea and you don't even
know. Also, I know ladies that went back and did the full liquid diet for a
week (the diet you were on when you came back from the hosptial) and that
jump starts losing again.....good luck.
