Surgery was 6/13/06 and lost over 105 at this point. Not counting calories, just eating sensibly and don't plan to EVER count calories again. If you aren't losing, then evaluate what you are eating. Just because you can eat it doesn't mean you should be eating it. I stalled at Christmas due to some goodies, and knew I was being bad. You still have to watch your intake and always will.

Hi Yeah i have had shingles... highest weight 347 april 06 surgery 8/23/06 was 327 now today 220 I feel great...... had some rough times first 3 months introducing mushy & solid foods, started to loose hair at 3 months & also started the hives at that time had them 2 weeks, then go away then return then go away now i have been diagnosed with shingles NO REASON FOR THEM , I have had many blood tessts done & i am going for allergy testing in march.....I am seeing a specialist & this far its not a food allergy as far as i know. But i am interested in more chatting about this... hoope to chat soon thanks Barbara I am so glsd i am not the only one with this.....
