Question:
Does anyone have back pain in the morning, then to only have it come back at night?

One possibility is you "might" have some feces impacted up inside you. I had alot of back and side aches when I did. It was'nt a blockage, but alot showed up in an xray. Now I don't have the pains anymore.

Back pain can have multiple causes so it's best to have it checked out. I've put up with back pain for quite a while. I finally went to the doctor yesterday and she said I have pleurisy and is treating me for it. So it could be anything from an actual back injury, pulled muscles, gas, impacted feces to pleurisy. Best to have it checked out.
