Question:
Do anyone know if Dr. Atkins vitamins and supplements are the same as what we need ?

I was told that I had to get the vitmins ADEK from Dr Gagner who is going to be my surgeon and protein supplement. Do anyone know if Dr. Atkins vitamins is ok it has vitamin a,d,e,and k as well and I can get them right at Wegmans grocery store and also the protein supplement which has 24 grams. By the way I am having a DS. If anyone is fimilar with this please respond asap I have to have it in 3 weeks and it may take longer through mail order. MUCH LOVE!    — TANGIE B. The Atkins vites are not specifically addressing US. We do absorb K all right, though. A, D & E need to be taken in dry form and you should be able to find these at a health food store. The Atkins shakes are adequate for us, but cost exactly double what better products cost. We also need to take calcium CITRATE with D.
