I would talk to the "Vita Lady" Michelle VitaLady.com about the
samples she offers. I am planning on ordering an assortment to try post op
as tastes change (or so I am told) this way I can find some that I can use.

Hi. My son got some for me made by EAS...it's called Myoplex Lite. It has
180-190 calories, 2-3 grams of sugar and 25 grams of protein. He got the
tropical fruit pack which has orange jubilee, banana cream pie, peaches and
cream and pina colada flavors. They're really quite good. He purchased them
from the gym he goes to but said that we could also purchase them from GNC.
I plan on getting more as soon as I can in just the vanilla and/or
chocolate. They even include a "recipe" sheet to make several
other flavors like "key lime pie" and "strawberry
shortcake" (all made very low-cal of course. Good luck and God bless.

I buy a cherry flavored protein made by Challenge. They sell it one bottle
for $20 or 2 bottles for $30. I mix it with Crystal Light. I would not
buy a whole lot of protein pre-op because what tastes good now might
drastically change after the surgery. By all means experiment though. If
you belong to a support group, you may even want to ask members to bring in
samples of what they use. Save your receipts! GNC has a policy that even
if you open a product and don't like it, you can return it - but only if
you have the receipt.
