All yogurts have natural sugar so you will not find a sugar free one. Your
best bet though is buy some plain greek yogurt, add lots of splenda and a
flavored S/F syrup or a couple tablespoons of S/F Pudding or Jello mix to
it.

Dannon has a "light & fit, carb & sugar control" version
- it says "diabetic friendly" on the containier & comes in a
4 pack - sold at Walmart and Publix that I know of - it has either 2 or 3
grams of sugar per container and I eat it everyday - sometimes in a
smoothie. I am 2 years & 4 mo out and now weigh 108 - lost 137 lbs - I
have been eating this from the beggining also just found a great cookbook
from Dr. Gott, the no flour, no sugar cookbook....it has ton's of good
recipes for us. I hope this helps.

If you can, you would really serve yourself well NOT to use artificial
sweeteners. There is now proof that these substances are 'excito-toxins'
which mess with the brain and cause you to want to eat more and more. If
you need something in your yogurt use a small amount of unsweetened fruit
or a little 'no sugar added jam'. Saving a few calories just to find out
later you are munching all the time is not a good price to pay.

I eat a Dannon Greek Yogurt for breakfast.... 12 protein! I purchase mine
at Walmart. They have blueberry, strawberry, vanilla, and honey. I found
the honey yucky... and I love the vanilla. I mix some can fruit with it.
Blueberry and strawberry are okay too. Sometimes in the evening for a
snack, I'll have Activia light - 5 proteins per serving here too. Try the
peach it's delicious.
