Question:
Has anyone used the 5day pouch test
to get back on track, and have lost more weight after getting back on track, and what changes did you make after the test? — lechell (posted on December 1, 2009)

I have used the 5DPT a few times. I use it when I start to eat too many
carbs or too much of the stuff I know is not healthy. It really does help
me to get back on track!
No one is perfect. I don't eat the way I should all the time. If I did I
could have taken a great cruise with the money I spent on my sleeve! LOL
From my experience, I would highly recommend giving it a shot. Of course
you don't have to purchase the book, but I did. I got great advice and
recipes out of it.

I love the 5DPT! It helps me get back on track not only physically but
emotionally and psychologically. The book has some great recipes too! I
think it is a great investment in yourself.
