Question:
Had My surgery June 29h
I'm doing great I came home last night. I'm walking slowly, and I haven't had any problems with food everything has been staying down. I had very little gas. I'm just sore everything is going great I can't believe how good things are going. The only surprise I got was mother nature starting the night I came home from the hospital. All the luck having that HUH? Just wanted to share have a good night Hugzzzzzz — theresa.lampkin (posted on July 1, 2009)

Major congrats on your surgery! I am about 8 weeks since mine and you will
get feeling even better each day! I have lost almost 30 pounds and have
been walking just under 3 miles each day! Take care and keep us posted on
how you are doing! God Bless!

Congradulations on your surgery! The nice part is that you can enjoy the
rest of the summer outdoors for your walking excercise. I'm sorry about
Mother Nature. Unfortunatly, she buts in at the worst time.

Congrats on your surgery. Mine was 6/16 and everything had been great! My
only initial struggle was the head hunger. There were days that being
around food just made me angry. It is MUCH better now. Congrats on your
surgery and I wish you all the best.

Welcome to the healing side of surgery and the shedding pounds side. You'll
feel pretty good in about 5 days just don't do too much (like vacuming it's
bad on your abs). In 2 to 3 weeks you should feel great and be able to do
most things. I hope you have great success.

Congratulations....I had mine on 6/5/09 and am down 24lbs. I'm feeling
great, but get a bit hungry. Like you I haven't been sick at all. By the
end of the 2nd week I was doing great, walking fine, etc. Good luck.

Congrat on your sucesssful surgery. I had RNY on June 30th, it was done
with a robot. Does anyone have any suggestions on the loose stools, is it
something we have to deal with or is there something we can take (meds) or
should I cut out something from my diet? That seems to be my only problem
right now. I've been mixing up my liquid protein I take one that is
15grams protein in 1 oz with 60 cal. There are others that are 40 grams in
20ozs Do I include the protein and fluids together to equal a min of 1 1/2
to 2 1/2 liters of fluids or is this in addition to the protein?
