Question:
Diet to get back on track
I had the weight loss surgery 17 months ago and have been grazing (eating things all day). What is the diet to get back on track. I am going to go back to the support group but I am embarrassed and want to have loss more weight before I go back and start weighing in. Help me please. GW — Arnice (posted on May 28, 2009)

First don't avoid the support group because you put on weight. They are
there to encourage and help you get back on track. Next You need to return
to basics. Veg and protien only for at least two weeks. The first week will
be very hard. If you are a grazer like me six small meals a day. Protien
and veg only. Need a snack Nuts, cheese, jerky all work. make sure you keep
up with your water and protein. You will do fine.
