Anyone have any info on Highmark PPO Blue ins.?

My wife has Highmark PPO, and it was simple. I simply began a doctor recommended program with the idea of leading toward surgery at the end. 8 months later, I had surgery. There was absolutely no difficulty with any single claim, and this included multiple sleep studies, an upper gastric endoscopy and a extended hospitalization due blood loss. There has not been a single claim that was declined or denied. Simply work within the network the best you can, and it will be fine. Chris
