I would look at the food selections and quantities. Re-evaluate your
exercise program. This is only a tool, if wls patients don't keep an eye
on the things mentioned we will end up right back where we started. Good
luck.

the South Beach program helps me. Also review the "pouch rules for
dummies" article periodically. Good info on how to use our tool. It
does get hard to maintain. I really have to be careful what I eat. If I
eliminate all white flour or white sugar products it's MUCH easier.

I am just over 3 years out and I now find that if I don't pretty much stick
to high protein, low carb diet that I can gain weight quickly. We worked
too hard to get this weight off to allow ourselfs to regain it. Get
yourself on a high protein diet asap honey!! Best of luck to you!!

Barbara thompson offers advice and a mentoring group for people years out
who are regaining weight. She is very good. She underwent the surgery
herself years ago, and now works with hospitals on obesity sensitivity and
does public speaking. www.wlscenter.com

Forgot to say that my surgeon told me to follow the Atkins diet for the
rest of my life.
