Question:
How many times a week and for how long should we work out?
I've only been going to the gym for about six weeks. How many days per week should I go and how long should I work out? I'm a total novice at this working out thing. I'm 8 months out and relatively young and healthy so I don't really have to worry about hurting myself. — Meredith A. (posted on October 11, 2001)

I am no exercise guru!! but.. most experts say 3-4 times a week. Don't
forget if you're lifting weights to only do these every other day for full
24 hours of( repair) muscle.
Other wise you won't get that nice tone/ little cute bicep.My former hubby
was a bodybuilding coach.
