BCBS-Empire Healthchoice-Sears..how many MSD are required-lengths?

Does anyone have BCBS-Empire Healthchoice thru Sears? How many medically supervised diets do they require and what are the requirements of the length of the diets? Has anyone been accepted after asking for leniency on the MSD requirements?    — C. B. (posted on June 27, 2001)
