Yah, they think I have one after 6 years of surgery. Having exploratory
surgery October 14th because they think I might have one also. Alls I have
is pain in upper abdomen across top but no other symptoms yet. I had my
surgery July 18, 2005. I hate to have to be opened up again. They call it a
Pederson's hernia and there are several others. They tell me that is comes
from the weight loss and things inside get elastic like and they need to go
in and correct this. All I know is it feels like a catch in my upper
abdomen and when I stretch up my arms it subsides. No vomiting or other
things yet, just nagging crampy pain. I take Nexium and they scoped me but
said my pouch is still real small and everything looked good. If I have a
hernia when he goes back in laproscopically he says he can fix it while in
there. I am for it, it sucks when you can bend over b/c of the crampy and
catch feeling that you get. If you want to follow up my email address is
[email protected] I have lost 135 pounds since surgery. I would still
like to lose more. Maybe now I can, when he goes inside my stomach again,
LOL!
