If you have had the surgery, the problem may not be hunger but thirst.
Make sure you are getting plenty of liquids all day long. Make sure you
are having enough protein as that will fill you also. Best of luck.

I don't know if you might be experiencing "Head Hunger". It will
make you think you are hungry, but you aren't. If you drink something and
are still "Hungry", it is head hunger. You need to pay attention
to your pouch, and if it growls or not. Usually you aren't hungry for 3-4
months post op, some people longer than that. The nerves in the stomach
have been severed, so the hunger feeling is gone. With no information to
go off of, I am hitting all the avenues it could be.
