You lost 23 pounds in one month - give your body a few weeks to catch up.
Sounds like you're doing great to me!

GOES DOWN WE ARE ALMOST BACK TO WHERE WE WERE BEFORE SURGERY. I'M LOOKING

23 lbs is really really good! Just keep following the diet, drink LOTS of
water, and give yourself some time to heal. Once your scheduled for your
first fill, you'll feel quite a difference.
Good Luck, keep us posted

You have a band with no adjustment. Right now, your stomach is virtually
unaltered. Once you begin getting your adjustments, you will notice how
quickly you get full and must stop eating and the weight loss will begin
again.
The primary difference between the band and the bypass is the fact that
with a band the surgery is not complete until you are properly adjusted
rather than with the bypass when the surgery is complete immediately.
My band was put in place January 2003. I obtained total weight loss within
about 14-15 months, and I have kept the weight off for four years now.
You can have total success with the band if you work with it. Remember, it
is a tool to aid your weight loss.
