After several weeks, your body had to re-adjust...it happens to everyone,
some earlier some later. I slowed down after 5 weeks and then sped up for
5 more and slowed down again for 2 and sped up....don't fret. Rev up your
exercise and increase protein and liquids! You should see some results.
Are you staying away from carbs??? Make sure everything you eat has
protein in it, except for fruits and veggies. It's easy to
"cheat" on mashed potatoes and other empty calories. Keep track
of your progress on fitday.com. Good luck.

You have to shock your body out of the plateau your in. Do different
exercises, eat differently etc...whatever you can do, it will only benefit
you. Maybe take a week and drink nothing but liquids again...good luck!
