Question:
hiccups.

I know it sounds funny but I seem to get the hiccups all the time. I am two weeks post-op. Has anyone had the same problem.    — JillmHanson (posted on March 16, 2006)

Only when I drank fluids. It tapered off slowly and was gone by 4 weeks. Best of luck.

If I eat too fast I always get the hiccups. Just a thought to make sure you are eating very slowly and chewing, chewing, chewing. Take Care!

As a new post-op, I got the hiccups when I was eating. It was my indicator that I needed to stop eating. Almost 3 yrs later, I wish my body still told me when to stop like that! :(

I am over 4 years post-op and I get hiccups and completely unpredictable moments after eating. Some things you just end up living with ...lol
