splenda measures cup for cup the same amout as sugar if you read the
package . it says cup for cup . so if it calls for 1/2 cup of sugar put
half cup of splenda

In all my recipes that I use Splenda instead of sugar, I put the exact
amount that the sugar is called for and I've had great results. Good luck
with it.

Splenda is cup for cup, BUT if you use the Splenda for baking it is half
the amount and they both state that on the bags, Oh also Splenda Brown
Sugar for baking. I love it.

Just wanted to add that both brown and white splenda for baking both have
REAL sugar in them, so if you cant tolerate sugar as I cant, then be
carful.... I use less than what the recipe calls for... they do have the
splenda in a bag that you can use that doesnt have real sugar in it....
good luck
