Question:
I'm having trouble drinking enough water, any ideas?

James,
You gotta turn yourself into "that guy" that luggs a water bottle
with you everywhere!
I, myself, do better w/flavored water, i.e. a light sprinkling of crystal
light (ruby red grapefruit, lemonade and orange are my favs), and I have
just discovered Lipton tea to go in these little packets that you dump in
your water bottle. They are sugar free and yummy and good for you too.
Good luck!

I find it easier to eat crushed ice instead of drinking water. I have a 60
oz cup that I refill 3 times during the day.

I agree, ice works better, you feel of being able to eat and still get the
H2o in good luck!

How does water taste? Does it "hurt"? Or is it that you're busy
drinking non-water and water is boring?

My husband bought a commercial Snow cone machine and I drink/eat Sugar free
snow cones...I dont like water much and I hate those flavored waters So I
drink Unsweet tea with Swwet N Low.... hope this helps!

Thank you for your Help. I wasn't sure if flavored water counted. The water

James, I still have trouble getting my water in, and I am a year out! I
take my water bottle everywhere, but i throw up if I drink too much too
fast. Any liquid counts, as long as it is not full of caffeine. I usually
drink Crystal Light. You can get it to make pitchers, or "to
go," which you just pour into a water bottle. I still have days when
Ido not get enough, but there is only so much I can eat or drink!
