Hi, it is really an individual thing depending on how much you weigh at the
start and how your body reacts to the surgery. Some alot some not so much.

I think a lot of it depends on how much you weighed before surgery, the
higher your weight, the more you'll lose. I have lost 22 pounds in the 4
weeks since my surgery.

Normal is whatever your body loses! Everyone is different. Some people
lose super fast and others lose a lot slower. Don't compare yourself to
others or you will make yourself nuts! Carmen

Every individual is different and loses at a different rate. I lost about
25 pounds the first month, and I know other folks have lost forty! I would
just be too upset if I compared myself to other people. However, before
the surgery, I exercised and watched what I ate, and could not lose at all,
so this is better.
