aside from fitday.com...I have a book that has ALL the dietary information
on almost any food out there...from veggies to fruit to meats, cereals,
snacks, condiments and so on...it is called Prevention Magazine's Nutrition
Advisor, "the complete, up-to-date guide to healthy eating" By
Mark Briklin and the editors of prevention Magazine. I got it at Borders
for $12.98. It is like a great resource to have.

www.calorieking.com is another terrific site for tracking nutrition. They
even have a downloadable program for your PDA - not too pricey.

go to:
http://teaching.ucdavis.edu/nut10/handouts/content.pdf
and you will find a list of high protein foods and their protein counts and
serving sizes. I printed this out and put it on the 'fridge for quick
reference. It is one page long. Also on page 109 of the Complete Guide to
Obesity Surgery book is a similar list. Very helpful.
