Question:
I work out almost everyday, changing what I do daily
I eat between 800 to 900 calories a day, I walk 5 to 6 miles a day, my clothes dont seem to bbe getting any bigger and I havent lost a pound in over a month, what am I doing wrong? This feels like before I had surgery, try, try and try no results — Debra Keith (posted on March 4, 2011)

What kind and when did you have your surgery? As I said a million times
beofre, and I only speak for me, I wasn't allowed any carbs other than milk
and the protein shakes carbs until I LOST 75% of my weight. Talk to your
Dr. When I first had my surgery, I didn't understand why the NUT and Dr
told me that, until I experimented myself with a few little carbs, how my
wieght loss stopped!
Good luck

You need to add more calories. You should be having at least 1200
calories. You are burning 100 calories a mile so that means each day you
burn 500-600 calories a day just walking. That leaves only 200 calories
left for your body to live on which isn't enough. Add calories, drink lots
of water, and take a day off once in a while. You might want to some
different exercise also like weight lifting, swimming, biking.

I agree with the previous poster, your body is not getting enough calories
to live off of so it thinks you are starving. I will try to hold on to
everything it gets to live. You should talk to your NUT or Dr. you are
definately not eating enough. I was not losing at one time because I was
not getting the calories. Hope you get the proper balance. Blessings and
peace.
