You are right on schedule! Most of us have a stall about 3 weeks out. Your
body is adjusting and will get used to your new eating. I know its
probably no use to say it but do try to stay off the scale for a few days.
Next thing you know you will be down a few pounds and you will break
through this stall. You will have several of these during your weight loss
so try not to stress out too much. Good luck, Toni

I am also a little over 3 weeks out. I have not lost anything in 9 days
and my doc had me on just 3 meals per day, 2-3 ozs per meal. It was when he
changed me from liquid to eating meats and veggies. So yesterday I ate a
couple of mini meals in between and this morning I lost 1 lbs. I think I
was not eating enough calories. So hopefully my stall is over.
Hang in there, that stall will end.

Don't weigh yourself so much! You will lose. I promise!
Your clothes will get looser and looser and that's really what you want to
know. The scale sometimes lags. Ignore it! After the first month, I only
got weighed once a month or once every two months... as long as I was
dropping sizes, I knew everything was cool.
All the best

Stalls happen. I have had many. Even though I know they happen, when a
stall is going on, I panic. In our mind, this goes back to the point in a
diet when you have stopped losing weight. I felt like a failure. You will
win this one if you just do the right things. If you do what your doctor
tells you to do, there is no way you will not lose weight. Do the exercise,
restrict what you eat, get the protein, drink the water and focus on how
you are winning every day. You will get past the ugly stall. It is only
temporary. It has happened to all of us who are going toward our goal and
winning.

You could be loosing inches, which will not show up on the scale as a lose.
Take your measurements and then you will know what is going on. Once you
stop losing weight on the scale, your inches will start falling off and
that is when the true weight lose is real noticeable. So don't weight on
the scale for awhile, but measure your arms, hips, waist, legs everything.
You will see you are losing.
