I take Biotin and Omega 3 everyday. Also, I've heard zinc helps. Make sure
you're getting enough protein. Hope this helps..... Seanna

This is a normal response to the rapid weight loss and decreased intake of
nutrients from the stomach restriction. For myself, I have dealing with
hair loss for about 3 1/2 months now. I work to get in about 80 grams of
protein a day and it is starting to help. As long as you get in the
requied protein and vitamins, it will slow down over time. hang in there.

You need to contact your nutritionist and or doctor. The lapband is
designed for slow weight loss. You shouldnt have any hair loss.

Use essential oils. Omega 3-6-9. Or eat oily based fish. Such as salmon.
Good source of protein and very high in the oils.
