Question:
Is there anyone out there that takes gummy vites?? If so do you take 2 or 4 a day???

I did for a while, but stopped for fear that I wasn't absorbing them well. Anyway, when I took them, I took 4 a day (they are half the dose of regular vitamins...kids are supposed to take two a day, so I doubled the amount for myself).

If you are using these, please take a B-complex in addition to your calcium and sublingual B12
