Question:
Unicare Individual policy in Texas...

I have searched, but couldn't find an exact answer. So, I am going to ask the question myself. If anyone reading this has purchased their own individual policy, (not through a group or work), were you approved? If so, what did you have to do to get approval? I received a packet from Unicare and here is what the exclusions are: "Services primarily for weight reduction or treatment of obesity." So, if you have purchased an individual policy with Unicare, had the exact same exclusion in your plan booklet that I found this one in, and STILL got approved, please email me and let me know what all you had to do and what specific plan you were on.
