Question:
How long before I can use and relax in my spa?

I got clearance from my surgeon at my 2 week check up to use our hot tub. However, it does take alot out of you if the water is too hot (and I like mine HOT)! On the plus side, it is a GREAT place to sip your water or Crystal Lite:) One other problem is getting out. I had a hard time getting out without using my ab muscles. Our hot tub is just a little 2 man tub and I had a fear of hernia, so I worried about all the straining I had to do to get out. I was ok, though, and I think it was great to relax in there! Enjoy!

I went to a hotel with a whirlpool about 4 wks out and got very dehydrated. I didn't realize that it was happening until I was very sick, so FYI.
