Question:
How does one get motivated after working all day. I am always so tired.
I am always so tired and can't seem to get motivated to do anything. I do walk at work for about 1/2 hour weather permitting. But when I get home from work I have trouble staying awake. Any suggestions ? — wishesforall (posted on March 10, 2012)

I, too had this problem, and my physician recommended I start taking B12
about an hour before the portion of the day I started feeling
"low". It gave me enough energy to come home, begin a workout
program for about 30-45 minutes each day and also go for a walk after
dinner. It did not effect my sleep habit - in other words, when it was time
for me to go to bed like I normally do, there was no **jolt** of energy to
keep me from drifting off. I hope this helps. My doc also recommended my
workout be at the same time every day, so that is what I am doing - I am
just starting the steps to have bariatric surgery and my insurance just
approved it. Hoping for the best!

I agree with the previous entry but what works for me is working out early
before work. I pack my work clothes and start my day at the gym. I have
great energy and I take a nap at lunch. I know that wary alarm is hard to
hear but your health is so worth it. Good luck!
