Question:
DOES ANYONE KNOW A PLASTIC SURGEON IN KENTUCKY THAT ACCEPTS MEDICARE & MEDICAD?

I am having trouble finding a plastic surgeon for tummy tuck or skin removal, and breast lift that accepts Medicare and KY Medicad...if you know of one please let me know I am desperate to get this final phase of my weight loss done.    — jannyb35 (posted on May 19, 2011)

It is very hard to get Medicare to pay for plastic surgery procedures. You have to show infection or some kind of problem with the excess skin. Medicare will not pay for breast lift.The only thing Medicare will pay for is reconstion after mastectomy or breast reduction.
