YoBu will know when you are at your "sweet spot" when you can eat
three small meals a day (mostly protein) with veggies, two small snacks and
not be hungry for more food. Banded people should never try to eat bread.
It expands in your pouch like a sponge and turns into a gummy wad that will
stick in your pouch. This will cause you to throw up. Eat only the foods
recommended for you, take tiny bites and chew to a liquid. Too much
throwing up can cause your band to slip. A slip can sometimes be
surgically repaired, and other times, the band must be removed. You want
to avoid this at all costs. Sounds like you are well on your way to great
success....best of luck!
