Question:
What proteins to bring for pre and post op in Mexico?

I really wouldn't pack protien powders. Your going to be on clear liquids only. You might think about bringing the Special K powder packets to add to your water or propel. We just went to Mexico 4 weeks ago. We took a couple of empty water bottles and they had a big 5 gal water cooler that we just filled up our bottles. Not sure how long you will be there but if you use the Unjury products take some of the chicken broth with added protien. Good Luck
