I am sorry I don't have a solution, I can't change mine either, so I am hoping you get an answer that will also help me. Congrats on your weight loss, you look great!!

I lost all my Pics. Mine and friends pics. I asked for help on the help email . didnt get it resolved yet. any pics and albums sent to me i cant see either.

Try going to www. pictureshrink.com that's what I did and it worked for me....
