HELP!!!.. Need a minnesota surgeon???SAPALA-WOOD MICROPOUCH

Does anyone know of a surgeon in the state of Minnesota that does the Sapala-Wood Micropouch Roux-en-y prcocedure...I have been checking and haven't found anyone.    — TAMARA J. (posted on September 23, 2004)

I don't know of any doctors in Minnesota, but Dr. Sapala and Dr. Wood are in Michigan. I had my surgery in PA by Dr. LaBrie, who learned under Dr. Sapala. I had to travel four hours each way, but it was worth it. I wish you well!

I can't remember, but doesn't Dr. Ikrammuddin do them? Also, there are a few new surgeons in the Duluth area.
