Question:
What can I expect with surgery?

I have a huge hernia and I am scheduled to have it removed on August 23 2002. I had a rough time with the WLS and I am a little concerned about undergoing another surgery! Can anyone who has been there, done that please help me to understand what I am up against? How is the pain compared to that of WLS, how long are you hospitalizes, how long does it take to recover if you have an "office job", are there extreme risks associated with the surgery?
