I am trying to put together a protfollio of pre-op health vs post-op health

I am trying to put together a portfolio to turn into my employer to show them that the benefits out weigh the cost. I want to show them how much life has change and how much money could be saved if they would just remove there exclusion. I just don't want to use someone's profile if they didn't want me to. I am planning on sending them all the profiles I can. If you have back problems or other health problems and having WLS help could you wouldn't mind being used as a tool to try to get them to change their mind then could you e-mail me with your permission and your WLS page name so I can copy it to send to them. I would be most thankful. I have had a struggle with the insurance and with workmans comp. I am in the battle for my life.
