You have to ask them. It sounds like whoever wrote or said that to you is either waiting to receive the evaluations from the various doctors, or perhaps waiting to receive approval from your insurance company. Good luck.

At the top of this page it says Nevalle Wade, you have _ unread messages. Click on the _unread messages. You are now at your email inbox. Under Messages click on Notifications. It will tell you who has requested to be your friend. Click on Click Here to view the request. Put a check in the box of the person(s) you want to add then click approve selected members. Also you can click on the person's name to view their profile. :)
