It's a pill that helps with your hair and nails. You can get it at any
drugstore (no prescription needed) or Walmart ect. Look for 1,000 mg. I've
had no hair loss at 8 months. Have lost 93 lbs. but remember protein is
still very important. If you don't get enought protein that's when you'll
have hair loss even taking biotin.
Good Luck,

In addition to the chewable biotin tablets, I use a biotin shampoo and a
biotin conditioner that I got at an organic food store. No hair loss yet,
but I'm only 2 months out.

the pharmacist at the health food/pharmacy said that you can safely take
2500 in the morning and 2500 in the evening.
