Question:
Am I bloated or doing something wrong?
I started the weekend weighing in at 199 and four days later I weigh 207. What is going on...I am eating the same and thought I had broken a 2 month long plateau. what can i do to go back to my 199.... — msraoul (posted on October 28, 2009)

Hang in there, I know it is tough. If you aren't already doing it, write
down everything you put in your mouth even if it is only an almond or a sip
of water. Usually this shows me what I am doing wrong. And most of the
time for me it has to do with not getting enough water in. Also try
changing the kind of exercise you do and the intensity level. Your body
can get used to exercise if it is doing the same thing everyday and that
can lead to changes in weight loss/gain. Not sure how far along in the
process you are, but try going back to what you ate the first few weeks
after surgery, that usually really jump starts my weight loss again! Make
sure you are getting enough protein. Good luck, you can do this!

also, could you be pre period. I know I retain water two weeks before I
even start. I have noticed that I gain a few lbs and then after I stop my
period, I weigh my normal again.

I put a post on here regarding Ambien sleep aide. ARe you taking that?
You could be eating in the middle of the night and not even know it. Check
for my post a few days ago. It might help explain a few things. Best
wishes. Also, I agree with the other posts, change up a few things in your
daily routine, it bumps up your metabolism. (sp)
