Question:
I cannot control gas, and it's making me crazy. What do you do?

Jane, fear not, ask your doctor about Delvron. It's off the shelf and it
works, no more odors.

Devron may work but if it doesnt, try Probiotics. They have really worked
for me with odor. Devron did not. Also, you can use something like GasX
or Tums to help control gas discomfort. But for smell, Probiotics are a
winner!

I use gas-x (store brand) and it takes care of mine. I have also learned
that processed sugar makess gas way, way worse for me. I guess that's my
way of dumping, so it's just not worth eating for the problems it causes.

Keep simple carbs in moderation or avoid altogether and take a probiotic
expecially when eating dairy, cabbage-like veggies, mushrooms or other
foods that may give you gas! This has been a life saver for me over the
last 5 plus years po!I became lactose intollerant but can handle most
cheeses...Still the gas that lactose produces is pungent! Probiotics keep
that all in balance for me! Eating sugar is just defeating any remedy! You
have to limit sugar simple PERIOD! ( I eat a lot of fruit and whole grains
with NO TROUBLES...and little sugars and simple carbs as I can avoid) It's
my number one gas producer! Or my family won't stay in the same room with
me and I end up with a belly ache anyway! It's not worth it! LOL

I have found Digestive Advantage Gas Defense Formula works well for me. I
can pick it up at Walmart or Walgreens. Gas x and other quick relief
formulas do not seem to work as well as this does for me. I today started
Align which is a probiotic that my sons Pediatric GI recommends for him. I
decided to try and see how it works for me, it does for him.
