This is really good. I used it and still do under my dress clothes.

I purchased one when I was 230 pounds. I used their weight and measurement charts when I purcheased but I couldn't fit into it until I was 150 pounds. I did better with the Dr. Rey brand. It's less expensive and I could try it on right at the store.
