Have you called your surgeon about this pain you're having? If not, I
strongly suggest that you do. Abdominal pain is a very generalized symptom
but it can also be associated with any number of conditions including
strictures, an ulcer, adhesions, an obstruction, an inflamed gall bladder,
pancreatitis, appendicitis and the list goes on and on. Your best bet is to
call your doctor so you can get any tests that might be needed to get to
the bottom of it so you can start feeling better...Good luck!

Call your surgeon right away. Don't take any chances.

When it comes to pain, I don't think anyone wants to guess what "could
be wrong"...especailly 6 mos out. Don't wait...Just call or visit
your surgeon. Do come back though and tell us what it was! Sometimes we
just get these ramdom aches and pains and I can only guess that mine were
an irritated pouch...or too much acid at the "Y" ...partial food
blockage...Irritated/scratched stoma...constipation... irritated bowel
????...I dunno for sure...But all my aches and pains never get chronic
(more than a few days) and I've not had to go in...

The first posting is correct. Check with your surgeon because it could be
any number of things. Try to keep a journal of when your pain is happening
just as the time if you just ate, how intense the pain is on a scale of
1-10, and draw a picture of a person on a piece of paper then put Xs on the
place where the pain starts. This will be helpful because he/she can scan
it quickly. Sometimes when you get examined, the pain is everywhere so
they call it a non-specific pain. I hope you get some relief fast.
