a hot wheat bag or wattle bottle, where is the cramp is it tumy cramps or
leg? often a nice warm cup of lemon herbal tea will heap get the digestion
system moving. Stretching might also help or going for a slow walk. I find
though a heated wheat bag is great because it can mould around your body.
All the best sounds annoying, love katie mahar

Are you having leg cramps or stomach cramps? Stomach cramps are usually
caused by spasming intestines and you may need a Rx med to help that.
There is an over the counter medication for leg cramps... maybe try that.
My doctor told me that magnesium is important for leg cramps. I was told
to eat a spoonful of mustard before bed... nasty but so far it works.
